Video Presentation – “FoodMatters: You Are What You Eat (rescheduled)”
This is a 2008 80-minute documentary by nutritionalists turned filmmakers James Colquhoun and Laurentine ten Bosch. FoodMatters sets about uncovering the multi-trillion dollar worldwide “Sickness Industry” and exposes a growing body of scientific evidence proving that nutritional therapy can be more effective, more economical, less harmful, and less invasive than conventional medical treatments. The film includes the testimony of some of the world’s leading authorities on nutrition and natural healing. One such is Charlotte Gerson, who is the founder of The Gerson Therapy Program and daughter of the medical pioneer Max Gerson. Mega vitamin and mineral therapies like Vitamin C Therapy and the effects of cooking food are also discussed. In addition we will watch a 2019 70-minute lecture by Dr. Steven Gundry titled “The Longevity Paradox” where he discusses his latest findings on what foods we should and should not eat and how they affect the health of our gut.
